The purposes of this research were to: 1) To study the School Administration Following Aparihaniyadhamma under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat, 2) To study the Effectiveness of School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat, and 3) To study the relationship between school administration following Aparihaniyadhamma and the effectiveness of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat. The sample was a group of 306 teachers under the Sec ondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat in the academic year 2022. The research instrument was a five - level rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the school administration following Aparihaniyadhamma’s questionnaire was 0.98, and the effectiveness of school’s questionnaire was 0.93. The statistics used for data analysis were: Mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The school administration following Aparihaniyadhamma was at the high level overall and in all aspects has a mean (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.43) and standard deviation (S.D. = 0.51), 2) The effectiveness of school was at the high level overall and in all aspects has a mean (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.50) and standard deviation (S.D. = 0.48, and 3) The relationship between school administration following Aparihaniyadhamma and the effectiveness of school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chanthaburi Trat showed a moderate positive correlation with statistical significance at the .05 level. That is to say, the administration of educational institutions according to the principles of Aparihaniyadhamma has increased value. Effectiveness of the educational institution There will be an increase in value as well. It is in accordance with the set research hypothesis. It can be seen that the administration of educational institutions according to the principles of Aparihaniyadhamma has increased value. The effectiveness of the educational institution will also increase in value.
