It was qualitative research through literature review and data collection from group discussions to obtain group context data. The researcher then put the data into practice with the Sanae Chan Enterprise for Society in Chanthaburi Province. The concept of cultural products was used as a guideline for entrepreneurs to learn the process of creating cultural products for the Sanae Chan Enterprise for Society. According to the research results, the context of the Sanae Chan Enterprise for Society was a group that promoted the Chanthaboon reed mat products produced in the community for sale with the desire to make these products representative of the inheritance of this wisdom. There was a network of three Chanthaboon mat weaving groups in Chanthaburi Province acting as production bases for quality Chanthaboon reed mat materials. Design skills of the Sanae Chan Enterprise for Society were developed in cooperation with young designers and with the Department of Design in the educational institutions according to the Group’s policy to push the new generation in terms of basic production skills and based on six items of the concept of cultural products. Guidelines for product development were as follows: 1) The initiative involved brainstorming to find new ideas together with SWOT analysis, 2) Ideas that are consistent with consumer groups were filtered as a lifestyle product, 3) A basic commercial analysis was conducted to determine costs and profits, 4) Product production and development involved a design of lifestyle products, including placemats, coasters, temperature bags, and multi-purpose mat boxes, which were produced with keeping the community's own production in mind, 5) A community product expo was participated to test the market, and 6) Products were marketed at Sanae Chan Shop in the Chanthaboon riverside community, and decorations were done to make the shop beautiful and attractive.
